Jadon Sancho looking to force his way out of the Bundesliga in January.
The Jadon Sancho transfer drama continues as Manchester United plan to launch a new attack in January. According to reports from the Todofichajes, Jadon Sancho still has his heart set on playing for Manchester United and he will be trying to force his way out of Borussia Dortmund in order to fulfill his dreams. The English international has been on the Red Devils’ list for a long time now but due to financial complications, they could not come to an agreement in the last transfer window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has his mindset on the 20-year-old and no other alternative can change his mind otherwise. United were supposed to buy him in the summer transfer window but Borussia Dortmund had a fixed price of 120 million euros and would not budge from that price tag. This was eventually deemed too expensive even for a side like Manchester United and thus the English side had to pull out of negotiations. They tried going for Barcelona‘s Ousmane Dembele as a replacement for Sancho but even that deal fell apart due to the French player’s lack of cooperation.
Now they are ready to bid for Sancho again and will offer up to 100 million euros for his services. The idea is to sign the youngster before the Euro 2020 as the tournament could be a huge step up for Sancho. Should the winger show a good performance in that tournament, his price would go up exponentially and many other clubs could also ignite an interest for the player. Thus, they want to finish the negotiations in the winter transfer market even if Sancho arrives next season.
This transfer saga has gone long enough and the player should decide on what he wants to do. Being in a constant state of confusion is detrimental for the progress of the talented youngster and media speculations do not help the situation much. The player will no doubt be a huge boost for Solskjaer who has not started the season off very well. United find themselves sitting in 10th position after eight games.
