The race for the golden boot in Premier League is very close this season. The Premier League has witnessed many good performances from the attackers this season. Here are the top five attackers this season.

#1 Mohamed Salah – Liverpool

Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah is the current joint top scorer in the Premier League this season. Liverpool has underperformed in the league this season but their talisman has been scoring a lot of goals this season and almost single-handedly carrying his team’s attack. Salah has a combined 20 goals and assists in the Premier League so far.

#2. Patrick Bamford – Leeds United

Patrick Bamford is having a wonderful season in the Premier League so far. Leeds United’s number nine has scored 14 goals and has 6 assists in the league so far in the season. However, Bamford has been quite wasteful this season in front of the goal and missed the most number of big chances in the league.



#3 Son Heung-Min – Tottenham Hotspurs

Son Heung-Min is probably having his best season in the Tottenham shirt. The South Korean star has scored 13 goals and has 9 assists in the league so far. Son has been great this season and formed a great attacking duo with Harry Kane. Kane is playing a much deeper role this season allowing his attacking partner to play a more advanced role.

#4 Dominic Calvert-Lewin – Everton

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is in the form of his life this season under manager Carlo Ancelotti. The Englishman has scored 14 goals in the Premier League so far. Calvert-Lewin has been a great physical presence in the opponent’s box and Lucas Digne’s crossing has been very crucial in the system. Calvert-Lewin has scored crucial goals this season against Liverpool and Manchester United.

#5 Harry Kane – Tottenham Hotspurs

Harry Kane is arguably the best player in the Premier League this season. The Englishman is the current joint top scorer in the league and also has the most assists in the league this season. Kane has created 14 big chances this season and only Bruno Fernandes and Kevin De Bruyne have more.
